The Wellpark Local Lettings Initiative outlines additional priority and rules that the Association is intending to implement for lets in the area for a period of 12 months following the consultation.  The consultation will end on 31st January 2021 and is open to all tenants and applicants to submit a response.

When the consultation has ended, the Association's Board will consider the responses before it makes a final decision on the LLP. This decision is likely to be made in February 2021.
