The Association has a Joint Housing Allocations Policy with Inverclyde CHR partners, which sets out how homes are allocated. However, a Local Lettings Initiative(LLI) has been approved to allow the Association to assist with issues of high turnover in the Wellpark area.
The Wellpark Local Lettings Initiative outlines additional priority and rules that the Association has implemented for lets in the area for a period of 12 months from 1 April 2021.
Applicants who wish to be considered for rehousing in the Wellpark area in properties covered by the LLI must meet the additional criteria detailed in the Wellpark LLI Criteria document.
All adverts related to the LLI will detail this requirement and when an applicant has been shortlisted for a property, they will be required to demonstrate that they meet the conditions.
