Cloch Housing Association is keen have members from all walks of life, including tenants, owners and others who not only have an interest in housing but also want to improve the Inverclyde Community.
Whilst services at Cloch are delivered by staff and managed by a voluntary Board, it is our members who help shape the direction of the Association. If you are interested in becoming a member and helping shape what Cloch do for their customers and the wider community, please feel free to visit our web article, or contact us.
As a member you will be invited to our Annual General Meeting where we give an update on how we are performing, looking back at the previous year’s activities, we’ll highlight key areas of focus and even have a prize draw for those who attend this event.
Added to this is an opportunity to take part in and help shape our business delivery. This means that we’ll ask from time to time how you feel about certain aspects of services that we offer to our customers and that which benefit communities in and around Inverclyde. You’ll also be invited to join our focus groups. This is completely option but helps us to have a customer view when creating new or improving existing services. These will be available for digitally, or in person.
We’d love for you to join us in making both Cloch and our wider community a better place for everyone and we hope to hear from you.
