Cloch Housing Association has successfully migrated to a new, modern housing management and accounts system, Rubixx. This implementation marks a significant milestone in the organisation’s digital transformation journey and will deliver improved operational efficiency while strengthening its ability to provide excellent services to tenants and communities.
The year-long project involved extensive system configuration, data cleansing and preparation, and a final migration to the live environment. Implementation support was provided by Cat Stratton from Rubixx Housing, who worked closely with Cloch staff throughout the project. Cloch also extends its thanks to Lili Peters, Data Consultant, for her expert guidance on data cleansing and preparation, and to Lauren Trevelyan from Altair for her valuable liaison, project support, and staff guidance.
The migration follows more than 25 years with Cloch’s previous housing management system. The move to the new platform represents a substantial step forward, enabling the Association to make better use of data, improve efficiency, and enhance overall service delivery to customers.
