Owners Satisfaction Survey Results

Cloch implemented an independent satisfaction survey carried out on our behalf by Research Resource during March and early April this year. The survey was carried out by telephone, and they were successful in carrying out a total of 99 responses which is a positive response rate of 33%. There was a total of 19 questions covering a variety of areas including repairs, costs, and invoicing. The full PowerPoint presentation of the outcome of the survey can be downloaded below.

Cloch aims to provide a quality customer-focused factoring service that offers value for money, meets legal requirements, and good practice standards in line with our Factoring Policy, Written Statement, and the Code of Conduct. Cloch Housing has two categories of service for our factored owners. 

Full Factored Service

Services in your bill:

  • Block and/or common repairs
  • Block building insurance, (if you choose to take the Association’s insurance offer)
  • Contract work e.g. painter work etc. (when applicable)
  • Electrical service charges
  • Landscaping charges (where applicable)
  • Management fee

Landscape maintenance service

Your bill will cover landscape maintenance for common areas and the administration fee to provide this service.
