Cloch aims to provide a quality customer-focused factoring service that offers value for money, meets legal requirements, and good practice standards in line with our Factoring Policy, Written Statement, and the Code of Conduct. Cloch Housing has two categories of service for our factored owners.
Full Factored Service
Services in your bill:
- Block and/or common repairs
- Block building insurance, (if you choose to take the Association’s insurance offer)
- Contract work e.g. painter work etc. (when applicable)
- Electrical service charges
- Landscaping charges (where applicable)
- Management fee
Landscape maintenance service
Your bill will cover landscape maintenance for common areas and the administration fee to provide this service.
