This is an exciting time to join our Governing Body as we begin the process of developing our new five-year strategy. As a Board member you will play a key role in leading the strategic direction of Cloch Housing Association and shaping the future of affordable housing in our communities.

The Role Our meetings take place online via MS Teams. As a member of our Board, you will help guide the strategic direction of the Association, ensuring we meet our objectives while staying true to our values. This is a voluntary role and an exciting opportunity to bring your skills and insights to a dynamic team, influencing decisions on housing provision, community investment, sustainability, and the development of our new five-year strategy.

 Who Should Apply?

We are seeking individuals with skills in areas such as:

  • IT or Cyber Security
  • Finance or strategic financial planning (particularly advantageous), legal or governance
  • Strategic planning or risk management
  • Community development
  • Housing or property management
  • Sustainability and Environmental initiatives

This is a voluntary, unpaid role. Reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
