Your input helps us better understand what matters most to you, how our services are experienced, and where you feel our investment should be focused. Your voices play an essential role in shaping our plans for the year ahead.
All feedback from the consultation will now be carefully considered by our Board before a final rent and service charge decision is made for 2026/27. We will update all tenants in February once the decision has been finalised.
