Tracey Talbot, Interim CEO of the British Gas Energy Trust said: “Many households are facing impossible choices when it comes to paying their energy bills, regardless of the time of year. Through our energy advice events, we’re bringing practical, face-to-face support into the heart of communities so people can get the help they need, when and where they need it. Whether it’s advice on managing debt, accessing grants, or simple energy-saving tips, our aim is to ease the pressure and help people feel more in control.”
